At FLAMANT, we aim for a smooth and efficient delivery of your order, wherever you are within the European Union. We offer various delivery options, including home delivery, pickup at one of our stores, and our premium White Glove Service for a worry-free delivery of your valuable purchases. Below you will find all the details on delivery times, rates, and our return and withdrawal policy.

If you would like to have your order delivered outside this region, please contact our customer service for possible options.

Delivery Options

We offer multiple delivery methods, depending on the size and weight of the products. You can choose between home delivery or pickup at one of our FLAMANT stores. For larger products, we offer a premium service, called White Glove Delivery, where we not only deliver your items but also carefully unpack and place them at the desired location.

1. Pickup at a FLAMANT Store

Would you prefer to pick up your order yourself? We offer a free in-store pickup service at all our stores. This option is available for smaller items weighing less than 30 kg and orders with specific dimensions. Here are the locations where you can pick up your order:

When you choose to pick up your order at one of our stores, we will keep you updated once your order is ready for pickup. Our team will ensure that your purchase remains safely and securely packed until you come to pick it up.

2. Home Delivery

For customers who prefer convenience, we offer home delivery in the above-mentioned delivery countries. Depending on the size and weight of the items, different delivery options and associated costs apply. Below you will find an overview of the rates and conditions for standard home delivery.

  • Small Items: Items under 30 kg and a maximum size of 275 cm are eligible for standard delivery with our partners.
  • Large Items: For items larger and over 30 kg, we offer delivery by appointment. Specific terms and rates apply, as shown above.

Island Delivery: For island deliveries, please contact our customer service for an exact quote, as specific rates and delivery times apply.

White Glove Deliveries

Our White Glove Service is designed to give you complete peace of mind, regardless of the type of product you order. This premium service ensures that your purchase is delivered, unpacked, and placed in your desired location in the best possible way. Whether it’s large furniture or delicate items, we make sure everything arrives safely at your home.

Included Services:

  • Your furniture/items will be carefully delivered, unpacked, and placed in the room of your choice.
  • Our specialized team will ensure that everything is neatly placed on the correct floor and in the desired room.
  • If desired, we will take the packaging material with us for recycling, leaving no mess behind.
White Glove Service Table
Service Details
On-Site Installation We place the furniture in the room or area of your choice, up to a maximum of the third floor without a lift.
Packaging Removal Packaging materials are removed upon request and taken for recycling.
Lift Costs If a lift is required, the costs are charged separately and must be paid in cash.
Accessibility Items must fit through doors, corridors, and staircases. Delivery above the third floor without a lift is not possible.

Important Notes: Please provide all relevant information about your home’s accessibility (such as floors, lift requirements, or narrow passages) during the ordering process to avoid complications. If access is not possible at the time of delivery, there are two options:

  1. Rescheduling: A new delivery date can be arranged, with extra costs for both return and redelivery.
  2. Order Cancellation: If delivery cannot proceed, we can cancel your order and refund the amount, minus the initial delivery and return costs.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. This right of withdrawal only applies to standard products. For custom-made orders, such as products specifically manufactured to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawal Period

  • For standard items: The withdrawal period ends 14 days after receipt of the item.
  • For orders with multiple products: The withdrawal period begins when you receive the last product.
  • For items delivered in parts: The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last part.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unambiguous statement by mail or email to the following address:

You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Returning Products

After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to us. Please note:

  • The return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and instructions.
  • Any reduction in value due to usage that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and function of the product may be charged.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will ensure that all payments you have made, including standard delivery costs, are refunded within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal request. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Please Note:

  • Refund Timing: For sales agreements, we may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
  • Additional Delivery Costs: Any additional costs arising from your choice of a different, more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery will not be refunded.
